but you are still seeing a good draw down of the battery voltage. So that's why I got to thinking maybe a battery issue after all or a combo issue of battery and that fender relay? PS -- That fender relay can be temporarily bypassed with a jumper wire. You'd need to look on the car's wiring diagram to get the relay connector contact pins (ie., wire colors). It would be the wires that go to the relay contacts. But if the new relay will arrive soon - probably no need to mess with this?
